Discussion Forums are great tools towards creating web communities.

Provides an area on the website where your website visitors can hold discussions and post comments. Also allows website visitors to review and comment on products and pages. The area can be set to be either private (members only) or public. You can set up different sections for different topics and apply a spam-filter to all posts. Each post is displayed with the date, time and the name of the user posting it. The forum also provides a search facility which enables the user to quickly search all forum posts.
